Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

For hygiene and quality reasons, worn items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Customers are advised to use a tracked service if return shipping is responsibility of the customer

Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, confirmation will be sent

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider
